Tuesday Auctions will conduct Special / Private auction events for single properties sales at Seller’s request. Sellers are encouraged to contact Tuesday Auctions for a free evaluation of your property and determine a market value at auction.

All Special auctions will be held at the property being sold and, if possible, access to the property will be made available to potential buyers prior to the Auction.

All private event auctions will be evaluated and fees will be based on market survey and price point of sale. Seller’s pay no fees once their property is sold at auction.
