Access to and use of this site is subject to the Terms and Conditions listed below.

The intent of this website is to provide general information regarding upcoming Real Estate Auctions.  When a property appears and is scheduled for sale, a licensed Real Estate Agent / Broker has a listing agreement in place with the seller or the entity which has an equity positing of the property and is using the Tuesday Auctions platform / process to sell the property to the highest bidder.

Tuesday Auctions makes no representations as to the existence of other liens on the properties listed on this site. Independent searches of the land records in the county or city in which the properties reside should be conducted to determine the status of the title and the existence of other liens on the properties. Tuesday Auctions makes no representations as to the condition of any of the properties listed on the site.  All properties are being sold “as is, where is” and with no financing contingencies.

Cash Sales are required with a 21 calendar day closing.  Time is of the Essence.  All closing fees, including all title fees, federal and state taxes and a buyer’s premium of up to 10% of the winning bid will be paid buy the Purchaser at closing.

Tuesday Auctions makes no representations that any property listed on this site will be sold at the dates listed on this site or any other date. Users of this site agree they will assume sole reliance for use of this site and the information contained within this site. All information is considered reliable but not guaranteed.  Tuesday Auctions, its partners, associates or staff guarantee the accuracy of the data within this site or the results that may be obtained from use of this site.
